Entrepreneurial Mindset, Orientation, and Performance of University Students in Indonesia

Entrepreneurship plays an important role in determining the level of economic growth a country. This study aims are to explorethe impact entrepreneurial mindset on innovativeness, risk-taking, competitive aggressiveness, autonomy, and proactiveness onentrepreneurial performance. research uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analyze thedata.. It gathered data 364 respondents, which were bachelor students management program public universities inSurabaya, Indonesia. The results show that has significant risk-taking,competitive proactiveness. also enhances positive entrepreneurialperformance students. implies entrepreneurship education Surabaya, Indonesia succeedsto change students’ orientation. government needs increase centers andbusiness incubator at various universities.
